Leather Belt Crate

Howdy!  I am happy to have another contributor post that I shared at My Repurposed Life to show you...otherwise you would be getting, "Nothing. Zilch. Nada." (If you can name the movie that comes from then I am impressed, and you probably have small kids, or grandkids) :)

We have been in Utah running a Marathon this past weekend (which I am happy to say, despite a 6 hour delay because of weather leaving Colorado, we made it safe and the race went surprisingly well considering injuries and such, it stinks getting old!)  We got home late last night and I fly out early Thursday morning to attend the SNAP conference in SLC, which is where we ran the race!  So yeah, projects...on hold.

Here is my Leather Belt Crate...
This Leather Belt Crate is a perfect way to add color and texture to your home decor! A simple and stylish repurpose project!

I LOVE it!  I made it as part of my Hall Closet Makeover  so it is probably familiar to you.  It has been so perfect for holding things, and I love the color and texture the leather belts add.
For a tutorial on how to make your own just pop over and check it out!  I am sure you have a stash of old belts just laying around waiting for a project!  Ha ha, ok maybe not, but garage sales and thrift stores do!

Have a wonderful week!

Hugs,
Mindi

I like the way you used the belts and thrift stores carry A LOT if them. What do you store in the bin?

  9. You were my hero before... and NOW I find out you run marathons. Awesome crate. Funny, my mom visited me last week and brought me a sack of old belts. Just in case I might want to do something with them... :)
