Another week has flown by...and the leaves are puddling under trees even more, and the air is a lot crispier. (and I mean that in a cold way)
Last week my favorite tree a few streets over was the most brilliant orange it was just breathtaking! Today when I drove by most of the color was on the ground. :)
So are you ready to hear about my week? It was good. My oldest son qualified for state with his cross country team...It was pretty awesome! I can't wait to see him run this Saturday!
Oh wait...you wanted to hear about my week on the One Room Challenge? Oops! Ok ok...WEEK 4!
I'm not going to lie.
I am kind of freaking out that this is week 3, holy guac you guys!
Ok deep breaths I can do this...let me show what I got done this past week...It is no where near where I wanted to be.
Why is it that when you take on a huge project a million things, that never come up when you have nothing going on, drop like bombs. EVERY. Day. Why?!
Hey! I am happy you are here to follow along on this crazy adventure, let me give you a peek into what has been happening this week. If you missed week 1 check it out
here.
I think I might be going CRAZY.
Yup.
Insane...
And...I am choosing this???!!!
Yes. Yes I am.
October already! I am loving the fall weather here in Colorado, since it finally decided come, it just makes me happy. :)
I recently read one of my favorite books...again, it must be for the 5th or 6th time. It is called "The Witch of Blackbird Pond". In it the main character mentions the exciting feeling at the start of each new season...it is sort of thrilling...ahh I love that story...Oh, sorry- I am rambling! But doesn't fall make you want to just curl up and read a book?!
Speaking of fall, my friend Denyse from
Glitter Glue and Paint has invited me to be a part of her creative team where we share some of our seasonal projects, and you guessed it, we are sharing some of our fall Decor!
It is kind of a long story how these fun DIY Chalkboard Frames came to be...
But it is the process that I love, and so I will share it with you, don't worry I will keep it short! :)
