Beaded Spring Wreath

Happy Spring everyone!!  In honor of Spring stepping forward (hopefully!) I decided to make a fun Beaded Spring Wreath!

Of course I had to do some repurposing, and these beads were just begging to be used.  I'll bet you can't guess what they were originally used for!  I have a TON still, and have cool plans for them...

Today I am sharing my tutorial for this wreath over at Oh My! Creative today, I hope you pop on over to check it out!

We (my family and I) are heading out of town for spring break, this weekend, Yippee!  Have you had yours yet?

I will be linking to these parties.

  1. Hey Mindi!

This is so cute! I can't resist; Macramé beads?
    Have a great day,

  2. I saw this at MRL... and popped over to see your tutorial.
I'm leaving a comment here and at your guest post on Oh my creative...
    such a cute idea!
I just purchased (for several reasons) a 'straw' wreath decorated very 80's country blue style...but now I'm left with the straw wreath part; this has given me an idea on what to do with it!
    Thanks. it's so cute.

  3. Heading over to check it out ;) Have a great time on your Spring break, you totally deserve it!

  4. Oh friend!!! It is so adorable!! You did such a beautiful job on this!!! And it is so unique!!! A wonderful week to you!!! Nicole xoxo

  5. I will never look at those the same at a yard sale, lol! Hope you have a great spring break! No, ours is the week before Easter and last until the day after. Thanks for sharing at the party And hope your having a great week! @DearCreatives.Theresa

  6. Love this! Mindi, I will admit, I would have just given that seat cover away to the thrift store. I would not have seen the creative and beautiful way it could be recycled. :(

  7. Very pretty! I think it's a decor idea that can be repurposed for fall with a different color ribbon - the wreath looks a bit like flint corn.

Your comments make me smile! I love to hear what you think!
